Eventyno Community Guidelines

Eventyno exists so people can share real events with the people they care about. These Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed on Eventyno. They work alongside, and are part of, our [Terms of Service](/terms).

What Eventyno is for

Eventyno is for creating and sharing pages for real personal and community events: birthdays, weddings, graduations, family gatherings, and similar occasions. It is not a general social network, marketplace, or messaging platform.

Prohibited content and conduct

The following are never allowed on Eventyno:

material. This is reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.

without their consent.

campaigns intended to intimidate someone.

steal credentials.

protected characteristics.

or other intellectual property rights.

someone else (for example, government ID numbers, financial account details, or precise location shared to enable harm).

identifiable people without the rights or permissions needed to do so.

Terms of Service's rules on gifts and third-party links, or any attempt to process payments outside of Eventyno's supported mechanisms in a way that defrauds another user.

• Illegal activity of any kind.
• Sexual exploitation of minors, including any child sexual abuse
• Non-consensual intimate imagery — sharing intimate images of someone
• Credible threats of violence or harm against any person or group.
• Targeted harassment, including repeated unwanted contact, bullying, or
• Deceptive impersonation of another person, business, or organization.
• Malware or phishing — links or files intended to compromise devices or
• Fraud, including fake events, fake gift links, or deceptive fundraising.

Photos and videos of other people, including minors

Only upload photos or videos of other people, including minors, if you have the rights and any necessary permissions to do so — for example, as the event host sharing family photos with appropriate parental/guardian authorization for images of children. See our Terms of Service, Section 5.4, for the representations you make when uploading such content.

Reporting content

Every public event page includes a Report option. You can report:

• a privacy violation
• an unauthorized photo or video
• harassment
• fraud or a scam
• a copyright concern
• inappropriate content
• a child-safety concern
• something else

Reports involving potential child exploitation or abuse, or other urgent safety concerns, are treated as a priority.

If you are a parent or guardian with a concern about a minor's image, or another urgent child-safety concern, please use the Report option or contact us directly.

What happens when content is reported

Our team reviews reports and may, depending on the situation:

safety.

• remove specific content,
• disable an event page,
• suspend or terminate an account,
• take no action if the content does not violate these Guidelines, or
• escalate to law enforcement where required by law or appropriate for

Violating these Guidelines or our Terms of Service may result in content removal, event disabling, or account suspension or termination, at our discretion, consistent with our Terms of Service.

Changes

We may update these Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes to the product or to address new safety concerns.
