Submitting a copyright takedown notice

If you believe content on Eventyno infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. 2. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, including the specific URL or location of the material on Eventyno. 3. Your contact information: name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address. 4. A good-faith statement that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. 5. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-notification

Repeat infringers

Consistent with applicable law, we may suspend or terminate the accounts of users found to be repeat infringers.
